We want you to love your Odea swimwear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items .
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and hygiene tags attached .

Returns must be initiated within the specified return window.

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes discounted or promotional items .
How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item .

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a return and a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
